The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, through the Business Permits and Licensing Division (BPLD) headed by Mr. Lawrence San Jose and the Office of the City Treasurer led by Atty. Edith Napalan, proudly held the 2026 T.O.A.S.T. Awards (Tribute to Outstanding Admirable and Stellar Taxpayers).
Joining the celebration were Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena B. Mendiola, Congresswoman Lani M. Revilla, members of the City Council, BM Alde Pagulayan, and Bacoor PNP Chief PLtCol Alexie Desamito. Also present were department and unit heads, representatives from the business community, taxpayers, members of the CICRD staff, and guests entertained by a live band performance.
The annual awards ceremony recognizes businesses, organizations, and individuals whose timely and honest tax payments continue to contribute significantly to Bacoor’s economic growth, infrastructure development, and social service programs.
The event highlighted the strong partnership between the local government and the business sector, emphasizing that shared responsibility and cooperation remain essential in building a more progressive and prosperous Bacoor.
