Reinforcing its commitment to community-based healthcare and youth wellness, the Provincial Government of Cavite successfully conducted an Operation Tuli Program on April 23, in Brgy. Halang, Naic, Cavite, benefiting 96 young boys through free and safe circumcision services.
The program was spearheaded by the Office of the Provincial Governor (OPG) in coordination with local barangay officials. Medical procedures were professionally carried out by the GEAMH medical team alongside medical professionals from Salamanca Memorial Hospital, ensuring quality healthcare services and proper post-operative care for all beneficiaries.
