On August 5, 2026 the Provincial Government of Cavite (PGC), through the Provincial Housing Development and Management Office (PHDMO), successfully conducted the day 2 of the โLead and Inspire: Capability Building for the Leaders of the Provincial Government Resettlement Projectโ at the New Provincial Government Center, Trece Martires City.
Resource speaker Ms. Sheryll Loyola, Development Management Officer IV of the Office of the Provincial Cooperatives Development Officer (OPCDO), discussed leadership, community management, and the roles and responsibilities of HOA officers and block leaders. She also highlighted effective leadership qualities, communication, accountability, teamwork, and decision-making in addressing community concerns.
Provincial Administrator Engr. Gilbert V. Gandia expressed his support and appreciation to the participants for their active participation and commitment to strengthening their leadership capabilities.
On behalf of PHDMO Department Head Ms. Karen Camanag-Tupas, Ms. Jerela Bielle A. Austria, Housing and Homesite Regulation Officer I, expressed her gratitude to the participants for their cooperation, effort, and time in attending the seminar. She emphasized that their active participation and commitment contribute to strengthening leadership and fostering better-managed and more responsive resettlement communities.
