Fostering a shared commitment to an inclusive society and strengthened community engagement, the Provincial Government of Cavite, through the Provincial Library and the Office of the Provincial Persons with Disability Affairs Officer, warmly welcomed students with special needs from ELAD School of Potentials Therapy and Educational Center to the New Provincial Government Center for a day of learning and meaningful interaction on March 30, 2026.
During the Community Integration Activity, the delegation had the opportunity to explore the offices and facilities within the New Provincial Government Center complex with the assistance from the Office of the Provincial Tourism Officer.
Afterwards, the group proceeded to the Provincial Library for an engaging and empowering series of interactive activities. The Provincial Information and Communications Technology Office assisted in facilitating dance and coloring sessions and introduced computer games suitable for the students.
The activities continued with a storytelling session led by 5th District Board Member Ivee Jayne Reyes, where the students actively and enthusiastically participated.
The visit served as a testament to the strong collaboration between the Provincial Government of Cavite and its stakeholders in promoting an inclusive society – one that upholds equal opportunities and ensures that no one is left behind.
