The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), through Secretary Robert Joseph De Claro, and the Social Security System (SSS), under the leadership of President and Chief Executive Officer Victor Alfonso Limlingan Jr., formalize their partnership through the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Data Sharing Agreement (DSA).

Through stronger collaboration and data sharing, both agencies aim to connect more Filipino freelancers, virtual assistants, and digital professionals with relevant opportunities, accessible social protection, and sustainable livelihoods.

Together, DICT and SSS are working toward a more inclusive digital economy—one that empowers Filipino workers, expands opportunities, and ensures that no one is left behind.
