Dr. Edwin Mercado, PhilHealth President & CEO, visited the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to learn from its best practices in IT procurement and digital systems management.

Acuña, DSWD Chief Information Officer and ex-officio member of the PhilHealth Board, accompanied the PhilHealth delegation through the DSWD IT offices and facilities, providing valuable insights into the agency’s infrastructure, operations, and effective digital practices.
