The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology National Capital Region (BJMP NCR) Special Tactics and Response or STAR Team Unit commences Team Enhancement Training 2023, to improve further the agency’s elite force operational skills to ensure successful and safe operations. The training course is based on each crisis management situation for the team to become more proficient in using diverse weapons and strategies.
