Outgoing Chief of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Director Allan Sullano Iral extends his earnest gratitude to all the men and women of the bureau who worked with him in his four years tour of duty as the agency head in giving the BJMP a better standard of governance by overcoming various challenges, and in embarking on its new journey towards becoming a world-class agency in the provision of humane safekeeping and development of persons deprived of liberty.
