A fire incident
with 4th alarm level broke out in Barangay Balumbato, a residential community along Quirino Avenue,
Quezon City on May 24, 2023 at around 4:13 in the
morning. Quezon City Fire District Director Sr. Supt.
Aristotle B. Bañaga (right) is personally supervising the fire operation, that he declared fire out four
hours later. There was no reported casualty during
