The body of the 20-year-old male resident of General Trias,Cavite was found by two fishermen across the shoreline of San Diego, Lian, Batangas last Tuesday, January 31. The MDRRMO-Lian together with the Barangay Officials and Coast Guard-Lian Substation conducted Search and Rescue Operation started from 29 January 2023 to 31 January 2023 regarding the drowning incident that transpired at the said town. “We appeal to the public to exercise extreme caution when around water sources.
