  San Carlos, Lipa City,
  Batangas by virtue of
  Warrant of Arrest for
  the crime of murder
  ssued by Hon Hermenegildo Lacap, Presiding Judge, Branch 83,
  Tanauan City
  Endaya is listed
  as MWP national level with a reward of
  P135,000.00. The accused is the subject
• BATS-10/19-23 of CIDG
• Batangas PFU under the
• CIDG Flagship Program
• OPLAN PAGTUGIS.
• Endaya s the suspect in the stabbing to
• death of victim Ruben
• Laydia, Sr at G Leviste
• St, Poblacion, Malvar,
• Batangas on April 22,
• 2007 at about 4:20
• PM.and went on hiding
• after the incident.
• The operation was
• a product of a two (2)
• month long surveillance
• utilizing tracker teams
• of this Batangas CIDG
• PFU on areas used as
• safe haven by the accused based on continuous information gathering up to his eventual
• arrest.
• The arrested accused was brought to
• CIDG Batangas PFU office for documentation
• and proper disposition..
