Today, we celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony of the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, a flagship initiative of President Bongbong Marcos Jr. through the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Pag-IBIG with City Government of Trece Martires and VISION 3000 Builders.
Under this program, 1,298 families will have the opportunity to own a 25 sqm home with amortization payments between Php 3,000 to 4,000 per month over a 30-year period.
The soon-to-rise 5-storey low-cost residential development, located in Brgy. Inocencio Trece Martires City, will feature community facilities such as a Barangay Outpost, HOA office, Daycare Center, and Tricycle Terminal, covering a total land area of 2.3 hectares.
