Camp BGen Vicente Lim, Calamba City – The Regional Field Unit CALABARZON (RFU4A) of Criminal Investigation and Detection Group tops the CIDG Intensified week-long, Anti-Criminality Operations (CIACO) for the period January 25-31, 2023.

CIDG RFU4A Regional Chief Col Marlon Santos said that for the said period, they arrested 1 leader and 6 members in their campaign against criminal groups. Rhey also conducted 18 operations against loose firearms wherein 14 search warrants were served which resulted to the arrest of 18 persons, 7 voluntarily surrendered and confiscated 29 firearms.

In their campaign against wanted persons, CIDG RFU4An abbed 3 of the most wanted persons in regional level, 6 on provincial level, 4 in a city/municipal level and 17 other wanted persons.

Santos added that 71 persons were arrested and 10 cases were filed on their anti-illegal campaign operations while 12 were arrested and 8 cases were filed in their other law enforcement operations.
