Former Mayor and Lone District Congressman Joaquin M. Chipeco, Jr., personally receives his award as the Founding Chairman of the City College of Calamba Board of Trustees in celebration of its 17th Founding Anniversary this June 23, 2023 held at Chipeco Hall, Central 1 Jose Rizal Memorial School.

     Mrs. Nelia Chipeco receives the award in behalf of Atty. Justin Marc SB. Chipeco .
