On November 21,2023 successful medical mission was conducted by the provincial government, through the collaboration of the Office of the Provincial Governor-Extension and Office of the Provincial Health Officer, at the covered court of Brgy. Nicolasa Virata, General Mariano Alvarez. This initiative aimed to provide essential healthcare services to the community and address the medical needs of the residents. GEAMH medical team composed of Dr. Reia Dangeros, the dedicated medical staff comprised of Ms. Teresa Cabaña, Ms. Marita A. Marquez, Ms. Marisa Ancheta and Mr. Henson Maranan, rendered medical consultation. A total of 306 patients received prescription medicines, multivitamins and mosquito-repellent lotion during the mission. The success of the medical mission was made possible through the unwavering support of the local government, under the guidance of Vice Mayor Percy Cabuhat, who played a crucial role in facilitating the mission. The dedication and hard work of local staff, barangay health workers, and numerous volunteers on the ground ensured that the medical services reached those who needed them the most.(CPIO)
