The meeting is essential in the preparations for the Tempest Wind 2023 exercises that will require the combined efforts of various emergency response organizations and personnel to ensure its success. The Tempest Wind 2023 exercises involve a variety of emergency response scenarios from natural disaster to terrorist attack.
