The Bureau of Fire Protection Cabuyao City Fire Station conducts Barangay Fire Olympics 2023 recently held at Cabuyao Athletic Basic School (CABS) in this city.

The event was headed by FCINSP CESAR ARJAY REYES, City Fire Marshal and its Personnel.

In his welcome address Reyes said, Unification, knowledge and understanding about fire prevention capability will save lives and property as well of our love ones. Destructive fire will leave us in a misery.

The most important tool to battle the disparaging event are skills and capable of understanding and preparedness on how to suppress such incidents to happen, he said.      

Guest of honor during the event is Hon. Dennis Felipe “Denha” Cantera Hain, City Mayor.

The Mayor said, unity and helping one another will achieve a safer society in combating hazardous fires and disastrous event.

We can attain this by continuing our learned ability and training in fire prevention towards a free fire community, he added.

On the other hand, FSSUPT REX ARVIN AGUTIN AFALLA,DSC, Represented FCSUPT JAIME DOLLENTE RAMIRE, DSC, Regional Director 4A, Encourage participants to be more vigilant in their field of training so that anything happens they are always prepared when an untoward and disastrous event happens.

On his part, FSUPT RONNIE R BENEDICTO, Provincial Fire Marshal congratulates all the winners in the Hose Laying and Busted Hose Replacement, Flammable Liquid Fire Extinguishment, Bucket Relay, Question and Answer Portion of Muses and Tug of War (Special Event).
