STRIKE Gymnasium, December 1, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla and through the Office of The City Legal Services led by Atty. Kim Nyca Lofranco, formalized a partnership with International Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (IPI) through a ceremonial signing of a Deed of Donation.

The event was attended by key figures from both the City Government of Bacoor and IPI. Representing the City Government were Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, and the esteemed Sangguniang Panglungsod Members. From IPI, the event was graced by Mr. Clement Defin, Operations Manager; Ms. Julie Ann Loquas, Branch Pharmacist; and Ms. Rowena Manogura, HR Officer.

The purpose of the ceremony was to officially sign the Deed of Donation between the Bacoor Local Government Unit (LGU) and IPI, marking a significant collaboration aimed at supporting the city’s various programs and initiatives through the generous donation from IPI. This partnership signifies a strong commitment from both parties to work together for the betterment of Bacoor and its constituents.
