Residents of Alfonso expressed appreciation to the medical
mission team of the
Provincial Government
of Cavite who drove to
their town and catered
to their health needs on
August 22, 2023.
Despite the unpredictable weather conditions, 390 patients received access to basic medical consultations, while 131 beneficiaries availed tooth extraction. These free health
services were rendered by the team of dedicated health practitioners from the
Office of the Provincial Health Officer and Alfonso Rural Health Unit.
Subsequently, Office of the Provincial Governor provided medicines, vitamins, and insect repellant lotion to all beneficiaries.
In addition to these services, the Municipality of Alfonso extended their
support by offering free circumcision for the young males.
Mayor Randy Salamat graced the event, interacting with the patients, technical team and volunteers, showing support and creating a sense of unity for all
