The Provincial Cooperative Development Council of Cavite (PCDC) conducted its Year-End Evaluation and Annual Planning session on May 8, 2025, at Santa Luisa MPC in Tagaytay City. The event was attended by PCDC officers and members, including OIC PD Lilibeth Chavez and DC Rebecca Tarasona of DTI Cavite.

The session focused on evaluating the council’s accomplishments over the past year and mapping out strategic directions for the next five years. Participants conducted a comprehensive review of implemented programs, identified key areas for improvement, and engaged in collaborative planning to strengthen support for cooperatives throughout the province. A SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) Analysis was used to guide the discussions, culminating in the revision and updating of the council’s mission and vision statements to better reflect its evolving goals. #iamDTIph
