The Kadiwa ng Pangulo program was successfully held at the Maragondon Municipal Covered Court on February 13, 2025, bringing fresh and affordable food products directly to the community.
Spearheaded by various government agencies, including the Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Trade & Industry (DTI), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and the Local Government Unit (LGU), the initiative aims to provide cost-effective food options while ensuring fair prices for farmers. Representing DTI Cavite were TIDA Froy H. Galapon and NCBC CJ Bayas.
Through the Kadiwa ng Pangulo, consumers can purchase fresh produce and other essential goods at lower prices. At the same time, local farmers and producers benefit from direct market access without middlemen, increasing their profits.
