The DILG Cavite – Project Development and Management Unit (PDMU) conducted project validation in the Municipality of Kawit, Cavite, last April 28, 2025. The activity was attended by DILG Cavite – PDMU engineers and representatives from the Municipal Government of Kawit.
The following projects were visited during the site inspection:
• Improvement of Tangulan Arena
• Asphalt Overlay at Batong dalig
The validation aims to check the submission of requirements, and monitor the status of the different Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) projects implemented in the municipality, and provide technical assistance in relation to the compliance of the LGU with PDMU systems such as the Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation of LGU Infrastructure Projects (RLIP) and Rapid Subproject Sustainability Assessment (RSSA).
