The Provincial Government of Cavite through the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA) participated in the launching of Katuwang sa Diwa at Gawa para sa Masaganang Ani at Mataas na Kita (KADIWA) ng Pangulo 2023 on July 17, 2023 at the OPA Compound, Trece Martires City. KADIWA ng Pangulo is an innovative marketing initiative aimed at ensuring that consumers have access to affordable yet high-quality goods and commodities. Additionally, it facilitates market accessibility for farmers, fisherfolks, and micro-enterprises, fostering their economic growth.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. graced the grand launch of KADIWA ng Pangulo in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Other provinces participated in the simultaneous conduct of the event via Zoom application.

In Cavite, OPA in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry and other stakeholders from the private sector organized KADIWA stores which sell agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables, food and non-food products of micro, small and medium enterprises at affordable prizes
