Dante Aquino conducted an operation against
wanted person.which
resulted to the arrest of
John Carlos Orfallas, 31
years old, self-employed
and presently residing at
Blk 117, Lot 41 Phase IIIA
Mabuhay Homes Subd.
Brgy. Darangan Binangonan, Rizal.
Orfallas was arrested on January 2, 2024 at
Manila East Road Tower
Hills Subd. Brgy. Dolores,
Taytay, Rizal by virtue of
Warrant Arrest for the
crime of RA 10883 CARNAPPING with Criminal
Case Number 20-72859
issued on January 2,
2022 by Hon Marie Lyn
Laborte-Andal, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch
139 Antipolo City with
recommended bail of
P300,000.00.
The accused is presently under the custody of PHPT RIZAL after
which he will be turned
over to Taytay MPS custodial facilities for proper disposition , while the
warrant of arrest is being
prepared by PHPT RIZAL
for the return to the court
of origin.
The outstanding accomplishment of
RHPU4A is the result of
intensified Anti-Carnapping Operations of the
Highway Patrol Group
under the Leadership
of BGen Alan Nazarro,
in line with the CPNP’s
Aggressive and Honest
Law Enforcement operations against carnapping, highway robbery,
and other forms of criminality along the highway.
