Senator Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada recommended a more serious punishment to any civilian caught wearing military, police, fire and other uniformed agency’s uniform. In his filed Senate Bill No. 2149, Estrada’s proposal is to have the current penalty of arresto mayor, an imprisonment of one month and one day to six months, should be raised to prison mayor in its minimum and medium stages or a jail term of six years and one day to ten years. (Benjie J.
