In celebration of the Department of Science and Technology’s exhibit, dubbed as “Pamana Agham: Celebrating Filipino Heritage Through Science,” the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Regional Office – National Capital Region, headed by Regional Director C. Supt. Clint Russel A. Tangeres, joins the event at Plaza Moriones, Fort Santiago, Intramuros, Manila from October 14-16, 2023in showcasing a variety of handcrafted products made by persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) from jail facilities in the cities of Las Piñas, San Juan City and Caloocan City. A total amount of P7,895 worth of products were sold to be added to the already generated funds for PDLs’ welfare.
