September 6, 2023. During the meeting, the past and ongoing ICRC detention
activities was discussed and assessed regarding its vital role in monitoring the
treatment of persons deprived of liberty (PDL) as well as their living conditions
in detention facilities. The ongoing cooperation between the BJMPRO-NCR and
ICRC bolster further the Jail Bureau’s welfare and development programs for
