The full force of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) are rallying behind the all-out antidrug campaign of Department of the Interior and Local Government Secretary Benjamin Abalos Jr., to successfully curb the drug menace in the country. Secretary Abalos (center with lei) is shown personally supervising the surprise drug-test of persons deprived of liberty in the jail facility in BJMP Region 6.
