Newly designated Acting Chief of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology C. Supt. Ruel S. Rivera rallies the men and women of the Jail Bureau to continue to work in unity and place their hearts in the workplace that will significantly boost their morale and appreciate their jobs very well.
