Biñan City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (BCDRRMO) received its second Gawad Kalasag Seal of Excellence from NDRRMC
at the Manila Hotel. Biñan was declared as Beyond Compliant for garnering a
2.63 rating for 2023. Mayor Arman Dimaguila, CDRRM Officer Maria Bonacua
