The City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, formalized a partnership with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) through the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on February 6, 2026, at the DHSUD Building in Quezon City.
The signing was led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla and DHSUD Secretary Engr. Jose Ramon P. Aliling, with the presence of Atty. Aimee Torrefranca-Neri, City Administrator/HUDRD OIC Head, and Senior Undersecretary Eduardo P. Robles Jr.
This collaboration is part of the expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, which focuses on modular and transitory housing solutions. The agreement aims to establish Transitory Shelters (staging areas) for families waiting for permanent housing units and to provide immediate shelter for victims of fire, flooding, and other disasters.
The partnership highlights the shared commitment of DHSUD and the Bacoor LGU to prioritize the safety, dignity, and well-being of every Bacooreรฑo, ensuring that no family is left without support during times of need.
