The Marikina City Jail Male and
Female Dormitories jointly held the graduation ceremony on September 8, 2023
for 40 persons deprived of liberty (PDL) through the Alternative Learning System mode of the Department of Education (DepEd) for aspiring PDLs to earn
their elementary and high school diplomas. Gracing the occasion are Bureau of
